The Process
How Shipping Works
Booking & Documentation
Once your kitten is reserved and the balance is paid, we schedule the flight. We handle all airline paperwork and ensure all documentation is in order.
Veterinary Clearance
Your kitten receives a final health check and obtains the required health certificate within 10 days of travel. We ensure everything meets airline and destination requirements.
Travel Day Preparation
On travel day, your kitten is placed in a comfortable, airline-approved carrier with familiar bedding, a small toy, and access to water. We keep stress to a minimum.
Flight & Arrival
We provide you with flight details and tracking information. You'll know exactly when to pick up your kitten at the airport cargo facility. We're available by phone throughout.

Is flying safe for kittens?
Yes, when done properly. We only ship kittens that are old enough (typically 10+ weeks), healthy, and have been cleared by a veterinarian. Airlines have strict protocols for live animal transport, and we follow all guidelines to ensure safety.
What airlines do you use?
We work with major airlines that have excellent pet transport programs. The specific airline depends on your location and available routes. We always choose the most direct route possible to minimize travel time.
Can I pick up my kitten in person instead?
Yes! If you're able to travel to us, we welcome in-person pickups. This saves you the shipping fee and allows you to meet your kitten's parents and see our cattery. Contact us to arrange a pickup appointment.
What if there are flight delays?
We monitor all flights and stay in communication with you. In case of delays, we ensure your kitten has adequate food and water. If a flight is cancelled, we will rebook on the next available flight and keep your kitten comfortable until departure.
